Why does every protein bar taste like dessert?
HackFuel started with that question. If you want protein on the go, you are usually offered chocolate, caramel or cookie dough. We wanted something that tastes like food. So we made it from meat.
The idea
Real meat, made to carry
Cured beef and cured turkey, pressed into a 25 g bar and wrapped one by one. Meat is the first ingredient in both. There is no coating, no sweetener and nothing to melt, so it goes wherever you go.
- 166 g of raw beef in every 100 g of the beef bar
- 183 g of raw turkey in every 100 g of the turkey bar
- Up to 9.3 g of protein per 25 g bar

Made for life on the go
I started HackFuel because I couldn’t find the snack I actually wanted.
I’m always on the go. Between work, meetings, training and travelling, I don’t always have an hour to sit down for a proper meal. I wanted something quick, savoury and high in protein, but the options were always sweet.
So I created my own: real meat, high protein, easy to carry. That’s how HackFuel started.
